Delete your account and data
You can have your RosenOS account and the personal information associated with it deleted. There are two ways to do it, and both are described below.
Fastest: ask your workplace administrator
RosenOS accounts are issued by employers rather than created by individuals, so the administrator at your workplace can deactivate and remove your account directly, usually the same day. If you know who administers RosenOS where you work, start there.

What happens next
- We confirm we received it, normally within two business days.
- We verify the request with the workplace whose account holds your records, so that nobody can delete someone else's account.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
What gets deleted, and what has to be kept
Food safety records are legally required to identify the person who created and verified them, and to be retained for a period set by regulation. That obligation belongs to your employer and it does not end when someone leaves a job. So the honest answer has two parts:

Signed or verified regulatory records, and the name attached to them, where a regulation requires the record to be kept and to remain attributable. These are your employer's records. When the required retention period ends, they are deleted under your employer's retention schedule. |
We will tell you which applies to you. If any part of your information must be retained, our confirmation will say what is being kept, why, and roughly for how long. Nothing is kept quietly.
Removing the app from your device
Uninstalling the RosenOS app removes the copy of your work data stored on that device. Uninstalling by itself does not delete your account on the server, so use one of the routes above if that is what you want.
